Carlsen & Frank Architects has been in business for over 20 years. We are located in our award winning office at 524 Selby Avenue in St. Paul's Cathedral Hill District. The principals are Minnesota licensed architects Peter Carlsen, AIA and Sylvia Frank, AIA.
Experienced in design of residential, commercial and institutional projects involving new construction, renovation, remodeling and additions, we collaborate with our clients to bring about architecture that is structurally sound, functional and delightful, and fits comfortably into its environment.
Working with our clients, we provide ideas and design options to explore, refine and develop in a collaborative process.
With our clients, we work toward a balance of project scope and budget as the architectural design process progresses.
