Lino Lakes Addition & Remodeling

Because of the way this addition was designed, the owners never had to move out of their 1990's split entry house when they more than doubled its original size.

The plan attaches a new entry and stair, mud room, office and two car garage with master bedroom suite above. The budget was limited. The plan was designed with an ability to expand and contract as budget dictated. The kitchen, part of the original master plan, has now been remodeled and a rear porch and deck added.
