The St. Paul Port Authority’s contract for the sale of the Phalen Corridor land for this 16,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building required the Owner and Architects to work together to incorporate high performance building and site design concepts.  This was the first private development, a design-build project, to test the B3 Prescriptive Energy Model.
